Before you close your account permanently, assure that you have removed or deleted all your listings and have no sales transactions in process.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY MERCHANT ACCOUNT ?

The Merchant Dashboard on wemall.co.ke provides you with a complete overview of your store. You have the option to include your staff and assign roles with a degree of responsibility you want them to have from inventory to sales management.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I ADD TO MY INVENTORY ?

You can add as many items as you want to your inventory and enjoy the sales.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I HAVE A SALE ?

You will automatically be notified by email when an online visitor places an order and whether or not the payment has been completed.

Yes. Merchants are free to provide their customers with extended services.
